Position Description: Sous Chef
The Sous Chef is responsible for quality food and maintaining a sanitary environment at all times.
This is a high volume position that includes the following responsibilities:
- Assisting chef director in leading the team
- Cooking/Serving/Cleaning
- Being a team player
- Detail oriented and a desire to excel within the food service industry
- Must be able to follow recipes and instruction
- Must be able to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior cooking experience is required
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Prior experience a plus, but not required
