What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at New Horizons Behavioral Health?
Under general supervision, the candidate will be responsible for triaging, inputting vital signs in the medical record, as well as collecting and updating information, such as allergies and the individual's pharmacy. The candidate will input other vital information from the triage assessment tab and will ensure the individual is ready to be seen by the provider.
This position will serve the following counties: Muscogee, Harris, Talbot, Stewart, Randolph, and Clay.
Program Name: Medical Services Unit
Works with the following population: Male and female individuals with a mental health diagnosis, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases.
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Must have CNA certification. Must have at least 6 months of direct patient care experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with mental disabilities and/or addictive diseases.
Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. Most programs work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Pay: $29,960 per year
