Job Type: Part-Time
Program: Crisis Respite Apartment
Location: Muscogee County

Job Description: The selected candidate will provide direct care to enhance the lives of individuals enrolled in multiple transitional programs; Assist individuals in their physical, social, emotional and daily life skills development; Transport individuals to appointments, group meetings, etc.; Encourages, facilitates, and documents participation of individuals in the program; Creates an enjoyable atmosphere in order to enhance the program’s appeal in order to facilitate the provision of community supports that promote an individual’s ability to prepare for and transition back into the community; Minimum medication management.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, along with at least three (3) years of experience working with individuals with mental disorders and/or addictive diseases. Applicant must have a license, must have an insured vehicle available for work, as well as a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working with individuals with mental health diagnosis.
The applicant may be subjected to a Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record Databases.
