Job Description: The selected candidate will supervise/manage MH/AD/DD Services for all of New Horizons’ programs for adults, children, and adolescents. This position ensures high quality services in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of New Horizons Behavioral. This position provides visionary leadership to the clinical staff. The candidate will also participate in the agency’s strategic and operational planning, such as planning and organizing program structure and policies to meet organizational and programmatic objectives. In addition, the candidate will oversee the agency’s CCBHC activities.
Days/Time: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Works with the following population(s): New Horizons Behavioral Health
Minimum Qualifications: A Master’s degree in social work or counseling, and professionally licensed: LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, or LMFT. Three (3) or more years’ experience performing management responsibilities in Behavioral Health.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Mental Health, I/DD and Addictive Diseases.
Pay Rate: $95,000 - $105,000 per year
