Social Services Tech 2 (Case Manager)

Pay: $33,592 per year

Program: EMERGE Light-ETP

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Some evenings and/or weekends may be required.

Job Description: The candidate will serve as a Case Manager for the FEP Program and will support adolescents and young adults who are experiencing early stages of mental illness. This non-clinical role focuses on providing essential services, resources, and guidance to help clients achieve their personal recovery goals. This position serves the following counties: Muscogee, Harris, Talbot, Chattahoochee, Stewart, Randolph, Quitman, and Clay.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in social or human services field -OR- High School Diploma or GED, with at least 2 years’ experience in social services, mental health, or a related field. Experience with documentation and maintaining client records. Strong organizational and communication skills. Transportation is required, a valid driver’s license is essential, and an insured personal vehicle is needed.

Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in human services. Previous experience in case management.
