Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in a classroom setting, particularly in private school or preschool environments. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those with disabilities. The Classroom Teacher will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment that promotes childhood development and effective behavior management.
**No experience necessary .. training is provided .
** Must have a High School diploma or GED
CPR Training will be provided
** Free and reduced childcare for children available .
** Paid Vacation after 1 year
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum tailored to meet the educational needs of students.
- Create and execute lesson plans that engage students and encourage active participation.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to support individual learning styles.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and other professionals to support student development.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students, including those with disabilities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Experience :NOT REQUIRED /But Helpful
- Proven experience working with students in a classroom setting, preferably in private school or preschool environments.
- Strong skills in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective behavior management techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Ability to create an engaging learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all students.

Pay: $2,080.00 - $2,500.00 per month
