Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote File Records Clerk Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in administrative support and records management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing our company’s records, ensuring that all files are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the organization and management of electronic and physical records.
  • Input data into our records management systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Retrieve and compile information from various sources as requested by team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding file management.
  • Support the digitization process by scanning and uploading documents.
  • Label, categorize, and maintain files to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to records.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or records management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and record-keeping practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
