New Horizons is the largest mental health and addiction recovery provider on the Treasure Coast (and beyond), serving 15,000 children and adults annually through inpatient crisis services, 24-hour help line and mobile response team, and outpatient programs conveniently located across Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie counties. As an Office Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Receives, greets and directs visitors, FACT members, caregivers, family members and staff
- Assists the Team Leader and other team members in tracking tasks and meeting deadlines
- Oversees all activities for the day-to-day operations of the office support functions
- Maintains and reviews with team leader budget for operations of FACT team
- Oversees FACT medical records
- Manages and oversees the process to disperse money to members according to individual member budgets in collaboration with team members and in accordance with member's treatment plan
- Oversees billing activities for all on-site programs
New Horizons will need you to have the following qualifications:
- AA Degree in Human Services or Business preferred
- Knowledge of billing, accounting and collection processes
- Must have a valid Florida Driver's License with 6 points or less in the last 3 years.
