About New Horizons Physical Therapy – Our Story:

• New Horizons Physical Therapy was founded in 2022 with a mission to help active adults and athletes in Seminole County and the surrounding Greater Orlando area get back to their active lifestyles without surgery, stopping the activities they love, or relying on pain medication.
• We have relationships with numerous gyms and fitness facilities across the Greater Orlando area who trust us to care for their members. 100% of our patient population is made up of active adults and athletes dealing with some type of injury or discomfort who are extremely motivated about getting back to exercising pain-free. In addition to Physical Therapy, we also offer continuity plans to help our patients continue getting stronger in a safe and welcoming environment.
• New Horizons Physical Therapy is an out-of-network practice that offers Physical Therapy and sports performance services. Being out-of-network allows us to optimize our patients' care and treat them more holistically. At the end of the day, we work for our patients, NOT the insurance companies. We are committed to treating the root cause of our patients' pain, not just their symptoms.

What we are looking for?

• Physical Therapist with Florida licensure.
• Internally motivated clinician who is passionate about Performance Physical Therapy.
• Must be "coachable" and accept constructive criticism.
• Comfortable with marketing, participating in videos for social media, and completing workshops and injury screens at local gyms and fitness facilities.
• An individual who "walks the talk" and exercises regularly themselves, whether it is running, strength training, CrossFit, yoga, etc., as they will be working with patients who lead active lifestyles themselves.
• An individual who is interested in the potential to grow into a management role as we grow and continue to expand throughout Central Florida (not required, but preferred).

The Position:

• This is a part-time (20 hours/week) OR full-time position (40 hours/week).
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM.
• Physical Therapists and admin staff work together to provide an exceptional and memorable experience for our patients – one that keeps them coming back and compels them to tell all their friends and family about us.
