Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum for Biology, Chemistry, or Physics courses
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve their academic goals
- Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure a safe and effective learning environment
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Participate in school-wide events and initiatives
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, Master's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in a high school setting
- Strong content knowledge and laboratory skills
- Experience with project-based learning and inquiry-based teaching
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
