Associate Director – Facilities
New Horizons is looking for an Associate Director of Facilities to work closely with the Facilities Director. This position is responsible for performing and overseeing the Maintenance department, along with overseeing the Janitorial and IT departments to ensure seamless operation, safety, and efficiency across the organization. The role also includes strategic planning and resource management to enhance facility performance and promote sustainability.
The Associate Director will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and project management skills, outstanding leadership and team-building skills, and can easily adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
