What are the responsibilities and job description for the DSP-Comm Hab-R 24-142 position at New Horizons Resources Inc?
SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday (20 hrs Flexible Schedule) in Wallkill/Pine Bush area.
As part of a team, an employee in this position is responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities to successfully live in his or her local community and to promote the individuals’ integration into the community at large
The employee in this position will work closely with the Director of Program Services, the residential and clinical teams for the person, the person, the family, and other team members to ensure that services are provided as identified and specified in the Individualized Service Plan and the Community Habilitation Plan for each individual served.
