What are the responsibilities and job description for the DSP-DAY HAB (WEST ROAD) 25-042 position at New Horizons Resources Inc?
Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm
As part of a team, an employee in this position is responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities to successfully participate in a group setting (“Day Habilitation Center”) in the local community and to promote the individuals’ integration into the community at large through various community and site base activities.
The employee in this position will work closely with the Day Habilitation Coordinator, residential staff, other team members and the individuals served to ensure that services are provided as identified and specified in the Staff Action Plan and the Day Habilitation Plan for each individual served.
