The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and materials, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and safety. As a repair roofer, you will be responsible for examining and problem solving to repair and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in construction and roofing will be essential to ensure that all roofing projects are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Repair roofing systems using various materials such as asphalt shingles and metal.
- Perform repairs on existing roofs, including patching leaks and replacing damaged materials.
- Conduct inspections of roofs to assess conditions and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Direct team professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in heavy lifting and the transportation of roofing materials for repairs to the job site.
- Utilize tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing roofing components.
- Experience with pipe boots & chimney flashings required.
- Experience & knowledge with window, gutter, siding and door installation preferred.
Requirements
- Clean driving record & own transportation.
- Minimum 5years roofing experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights.
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and repair damages.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment on construction sites.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
