Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning, floor care (including stripping, waxing, and buffing), window washing, and construction cleaning.
- Ensure buildings are secure and complete work tickets for processing.
- Maintain the assigned company work vehicle and all equipment.
- Conduct janitorial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning during slower project seasons.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Flexible availability, with a typical start time of 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and weekends upon request.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
