We are hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist/ Spa Technician! Some responsibilities you would have as a front desk receptionist is as follows:
Greeting clients: You will be the first point of contact for clients entering the spa. You should greet clients warmly, assist them with any questions they may have, and direct them to the appropriate areas of the spa.
Booking appointments: You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for clients over the phone, in person, or through online booking systems. You will need to be knowledgeable about the spa's services and availability and able to recommend appropriate treatments and packages to clients.
Managing customer inquiries: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries about the spa's services, pricing, availability, and amenities. You may also need to handle complaints or issues that clients may have.
Managing payment: You will be responsible for managing payment transactions for services rendered, as well as any retail products purchased. You will need to be proficient in using a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash and credit card transactions.
Managing the front desk: You will be responsible for ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. You may also be responsible for light administrative tasks such as answering emails, handling mail, and other office tasks as needed.
Sales and marketing: You will be responsible for selling spa services and retail products to clients, as well as promoting the spa through various marketing channels. This may include creating and distributing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and participating in promotional events.
Teamwork: You will need to work closely with other spa staff members to ensure that clients receive excellent service throughout their spa experience. You will need to be a team player and willing to assist in other areas of the spa as needed.
Overall, as a front desk receptionist for a spa, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be well-organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Spa Technician your duties is as follows:
Cleaning and disinfecting: You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, bathrooms, locker rooms, and common areas. You will need to follow specific cleaning protocols and ensure that all surfaces are properly sanitized.
Restocking supplies: You will be responsible for restocking supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries in treatment rooms and common areas.
Trash removal: You will be responsible for emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.
Maintenance and repairs: You will be responsible for reporting any maintenance or repair needs to management, such as broken equipment or plumbing issues.
Assisting with laundry: You will be responsible for washing, folding, and organizing laundry, such as towels and linens, for the spa.
Maintaining inventory: You will responsible for maintaining an inventory of cleaning and hygiene supplies and reporting when supplies need to be replenished.
