Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery and pick up of dental cases from doctor's offices as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate records of daily deliveries and vehicle mileage.
• Inspect and maintain the company vehicle; report any malfunctions or needed repairs.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Load and unload items with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with clients to foster positive relationships.
• Communicate effectively with the management team regarding delivery statuses and issues.
• Handle documentation related to deliveries, including the use of electronic devices provided by the company.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all transported items.
• Participate in regular training and safety meetings.
• Assist with additional logistical or warehouse duties when not driving.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a delivery role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate and navigate a range of vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to load and unload heavy items and to sit for extended periods of time.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
