We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales growth. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage our brand's presence in the market.
Duties
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Manage the brand budget to ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and public relations to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling marketing materials that reflect brand identity.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Develop strategic plans for e-commerce initiatives to enhance online presence and sales.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and partners to promote brand visibility.
- Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies that coordinate business interests and social media.
- Help develop content calendar and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Track and evaluate media coverage of Sonela, and search for additional opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Influencer outreach and content coordination.
- Content and influencer strategizing and script generation.
Social Media:
- Oversee content generation and content calendar.
- Manage direct messages on all social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube), and manage email communications.
- Oversee influencer partnerships from start to finish, including influencer outreach and content coordination.
Support:
- Work closely with the founder to align content strategies with business interests.
Platform Management:
- Actively respond to comments and messages on TikTok and Instagram, maintaining a lively social media presence.
- Maintain and oversee TikTok shop, adjusting settings as necessary.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Analyze social performance metrics and identify weak and strong points for future content generated.
- Leverage social media insights to adapt content as necessary for optimization.
- Report on the performance of campaigns, posts, collaborations, etc.
Skills
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and methodologies.
- Proficient in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on long-term brand growth.
- Proven sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue through effective branding efforts.
- Strong public relations skills to manage the brand's reputation and media relations.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and clean beauty.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with the ability to track and act upon current trends, and knowledge of algorithmic tools for content success.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to work closely with Sonela’s founder.
- Strong eye for strategy and aesthetics
