Key Responsibilities
The Reliability Optimization Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Reliability Program.
This includes supervising the Reliability Group, Vibration Data Collection, Lubricators, and Oil Analysis Program.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Developing and managing PM schedules.
- Building BOMs and documenting data to optimize Equipment run time.
- Eliminating production limiting failures from the manufacturing process.
- Championing PM/PdM activities and coordinating outside contractor services.
- Facilitating the Root Cause Failure Analysis process.
