New Iron is seeking a Product Manager to optimize pharmacy operations and back-end systems, driving scalability and efficiency for our client in the healthcare technology space.
ResponsibilitiesDesign user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applicationsCollaborate with product managers to align designs with user needs and business goals.Facilitate user research and usability testing to guide design decisionsSupport and maintain a cohesive design system across productsWork cross-functionally with engineers to ensure accurate design implementationTest and refine products to improve user experiencesProvide design insights to support product strategy and innovationDocument and communicate design specifications
Qualifications3-5 years of product design experience (healthcare or related fields a plus!)Solid portfolio showcasing UX / UI design for web and mobile applicationsProficiency with design tools like FigmaExperience in agile environments and cross-functional collaborationFamiliarity with user research and accessibility standardsKnowledge of frontend development principlesUnderstanding of healthcare compliance and regulations is a plusBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
