Product Manager

New Iron is seeking a Product Manager to optimize pharmacy operations and back-end systems, driving scalability and efficiency for our client in the healthcare technology space.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the product roadmap for back-end systems while aligned with business strategy
  • Oversee initiatives to optimize pharmacy and operational solutions
  • Analyze processes to identify roadblocks and implement improvements
  • Work with designers and engineers to develop and test software solutions
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and insights

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of product management experience (healthcare or pharmacy operations experience a plus!)
  • Proven ability to manage products through the full lifecycle, ideally in a startup environment
  • Expertise in process development, standardization, and optimization
  • Familiarity with agile development, data analytics, and healthcare compliance
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma
