QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; a combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Math Ability:
Ability to maintain a program budget and petty cash distribution.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited information exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule formats.
Computer/TYPING Skills:
Computer skills including experience utilizing Windows and all Microsoft Office applications.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervision responsibilities include Case Managers, Facility Monitors, Cooks, Clerical staff and others as assigned.

- Oversee the daily operations and supervision of a 24/7 Residential Program for victims of domestic violence
- Implement program activities to attain the objectives outlined in existing contracts.
- Communicate effectively with funding source personnel and maintain contract compliance
- Recruit, interview and recommend applicants for staff positions.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend changes when necessary.
- Provide personally and through staff assignments, individual and group counseling for each client according to his/her needs.
- Review staff performance on a regular basis in accordance with the Association's performance evaluation system.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Ability to communicate orally in the English language or other language as may be specified, with clients, agencies, the public and in group and face-to-face, one-on-one settings.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees, clients, and the public.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited information exists.
- The employee in this position is often required to lift up to 50lbs., stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, use fingers, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
- Individuals must be physically capable of operating the vehicles safely, possess a valid driver's license, must have use of an insured vehicle, and have a satisfactory driving record.
- Successful background, driving record and criminal record clearances required at hire and/or at random in the future. Employment, position applicable educational and credentialing validation are also required at hire.

Salary : $55,000 - $58,000
