Job Description :
We are looking for a fulltime Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing strategies email campaigns landing pages employee motivation dashboards customerfocused automations and online advertising initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Digital Strategy : Develop and execute creative digital marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Email Campaigns : Create and manage email campaigns including automated workflows newsletters and targeted promotions.
- Landing Pages : Design and optimize highconverting landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Google Business Profile : Maintain and optimize our Google Business Profile to improve local search rankings and customer reviews.
- Advertising : Manage both organic and paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads social media ads and other digital platforms.
- Automation : Set up and manage automation processes to improve customer service and internal workflows.
- Employee Dashboards : Develop and maintain dashboards to track employee motivation and performance metrics.
- Analytics : Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay Updated : Keep up with industry trends and new tools to ensure cuttingedge marketing practices.

Requirements : Proven experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads and social media advertising. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and SEO optimization software. Strong understanding of landing page design and conversion optimization. Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar. Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, ActiveCampaign, or similar). Knowledge of managing Google Business Profiles and enhancing local SEO. Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset. Ability to analyze data and create actionable marketing strategies. Experience in employee engagement and creating motivational tools is a plus.
