Requirements
- Implements and monitors quality management activities, including data analysis and program auditing, establishing key performance indicators, and reviews policies and procedures.
- Completes internal audits/utilization review of clinical records to assure that all clinical documentation is completed correctly and timely by program staff across all clinical programs.
- Provides feedback to staff regarding compliance with quality assurance standards as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in social science, computer science, or mental health field.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office; Electronic Health Record system; DocuSign; Survey Monkey, and other software applications and mobile applications.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
- Proven organizational skills with strong ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience dealing with mental health/substance use issues to inspire and support others.
