What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Records Technician position at New Jersey Department of Health?
Under the direction of a Medical Records Supervisor in a State department responsible for patient/client medical records, or in a local medical/health institution, codes, indexes and files medical records, abstracts data for case summaries, and maintains files in current condition; does other related work.
