Job Overview:
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant to the CEO will provide essential administrative support to the CEO, ensuring that the daily operations run smoothly. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks, communicate effectively, and manage a busy schedule. The assistant will be responsible for handling correspondence, scheduling, preparing reports, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the CEO, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts.
- Communication Support: Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Respond to inquiries and redirect as appropriate.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and format presentations, reports, and other documents for the CEO. Ensure that all materials are accurate and delivered on time.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare itineraries and ensure that all travel logistics are smooth.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Office Support: Assist in maintaining office supplies, ordering equipment, and handling other general administrative tasks as required.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Project Assistance: Support the CEO with various ongoing projects, assisting with research, documentation, and other tasks as needed.
Compensation:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
