About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a front-line representative, interacting with patients and providing world-class service. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and registering patients, obtaining or verifying insurance information, and collecting co-pays and fees.
You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and providing patients with clear directions and instructions. Additionally, you'll work closely with our back-office staff to ensure timely and effective care for our patients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with intermediate to advanced computer skills. Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred but not necessary.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of USD $17.00 - USD $27.00, and a flexible schedule with morning shifts available Monday through Friday.
