We are recruiting group home assistant managers in Aberdeen, Edison, Manahawkin & Toms River, NJ. The Assistant Manager trains and supervises staff and assists in assessments and medical appointments. The qualified candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, a responsible attitude, and reliability. The ability to help with client care and transportation is required. The qualified candidate will share on-call responsibilities with the group home Manager and provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the manager's absence.

Aberdeen (GH 16) Mon.-Wed. 2:30pm-10:30pm; Thurs. 12-8pm & Sun. 9am-5pm
Aberdeen (GH 22) Tues.-Fri. 1:30pm-9:30pm; Sat. 9am-5pm
Edison (GH 2) Tues.-Fri. 3pm-11pm & sat. 12pm-8pm
Edison (GH 12) Sun. 9am-5pm; Mon.-Thurs. 2pm-10pm
Manahawkin (GH 20& 21) Tues.-Fri. 1:30pm-9:30pm; Sat. 9am-5pm
Toms River (GH 11) Tues.-Fri. 2 pm-10 pm & Sat. 9 am-5 pm

Job Requirements:
- An Associate's degree preferred
- A valid driver's license is in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance.
- Experience working as a supervisor is preferred.
- Experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities
