Weekly Work Schedule: Manahawkin (GH 20 & 21) Mon. 10-6p; Tues. 9a-5p; Wed. & Thurs. 12p-8p; Fri. 9a-5p
Aberdeen (GH 22) Mon. 10a-6p; Tues. 9a-5p; Wed. & Thurs. 12p-8p; Fri. 9a-5p

We are hiring Group Home Managers in Aberdeen & Manahawkin, NJ. The qualified candidate will supervise all aspects of the group home operations (i.e., staff supervision, on-call, and spot checks)
Job Responsibilities Of a Group Home Manager
- Supervise all aspects of the group home.
- Plan and conduct staff meetings and training.
- Conduct interviews and observations, provide feedback, and complete employee evaluations.
- Share on-call responsibilities with the group home Assistant Manager.
- Uphold agency and licensing regulations.
- Responsible for creating staff scheduling
- Assist with scheduling doctor's appointments.
- Responsible for program and client finances
- Assists and supervises in activities of daily living skills
- Administer or assist with prescribed medication.
- Light housekeeping
- Assist with transportation
- Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives.
- Data entry using Therap (EHR)
- Assist residents in pursuing recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans.
- HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience as a supervisor and working with people with disabilities
- A valid driver's license in good standing & must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
