NJID has an immediate opening for a Supervisor of Residential Services (SRS) to provide oversight to multiple programs throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset, and Ocean Counties. The qualified candidate must have strong experience working as a supervisor, excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot. This position works closely with the program director in program development and expansion and with management and staff to ensure all client admissions run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities Of a Supervisor Of Residential (SRS)
- Provide day-to-day supervision and management to multiple residential group homes
- Perform specific training for the management and staff of each residential location
- Work with department and program operating budgets
- Monitor residential records and ensure client maintains their Medicaid entitlement
- Participate & assist in coordinating program management meetings, e.g., ISP, IDT, OOL, NJ-CAT Reassessments, and monthly staff meetings.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules with other SRSs and may be required to fill staffing vacancies
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Exp. in the ID/DDD field preferred
- A valid driver's license is in good standing & must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
