What is the position title? : Library Director - Cumberland County Library
Cumberland County Library, located in Southern New Jersey, seeks an energetic and creative Library Director.
Duties : The Director reports to a five-member Library Commission and is responsible for library planning, personnel, the annual budget, public relations, state reporting, and the physical needs of the library building and the development of library services. The Director works closely with the Cumberland County Government and cooperates with other public libraries in the Login library network. Supervises a staff of 13 full-time equivalents.
Requirements and experience :
- MLS and NJ Public Librarian Certification
- Five (5) years in a management or administrative capacity in a public library.
