JOB DESCRIPTION
Employment-focused, data driven, non profit organization serving court-involved individuals currently seeking a Intake Coordinator. This is a full-time salaried position. The Intake Coordinator works in the reception area receiving new and existing clients and other visitors to the New Jersey Reentry Corporation facility.
Responsibilities :
The Intake Coordinator will, at a minimum, handle all referral to the New Jersey Reentry Corporation site and schedule each referral to the next available Orientation Start Date; submit all scheduled referrals to Case Manager; inform Case Manager of upcoming clients the week before they arrive, supply any referrals information to the Case Manager; create a physical case file and create a new profile in Salesforce.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in human services

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities :
The individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and customer and client focus.
Salary : $42,500 annually
