The successful candidate will foster strong partnerships with various departments to ensure a unified execution of the company's business plan. They will communicate regularly with these departments to discuss current trends and identify challenges, opportunities, and effective responses to these. Additionally, they will meet with management teams to share related information and improve collaboration and communication.
The General Manager will establish, enhance, and implement operational policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for service and workload. They will also ensure that all financial, productivity, and customer satisfaction objectives are met or exceeded.
- Lead the daily activities as well as the strategic direction of the Service and Workload departments.
- Manage and enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency with a focus on operational excellence.
- Foster strong partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Accounting, Installation, Electric, Plumbing, Field Inventory Management and other Home Services departments.
- Communicate regularly with said departments to discuss current trends and identify challenges, opportunities, and effective responses to these.
