Customer Service Liaison
New Jersey Respiratory is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Liaison to join our fast-paced and growing team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the respiratory field while working directly with customers and collaborating with a team of enthusiastic professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via a multi-line phone system and email with a high level of professionalism.
- Offer employee support through phone, email, and MS Teams to address any needs.
- Provide after-hours on-call support as assigned (at least two days per week).
- Maintain an organized log of customer interactions via Ring Central and Outlook.
- Support general company operations in Salesforce and Skedulo, including:
- Entering customer and patient information.
- Updating and dispatching Road Respiratory Therapist schedules.
- Reconciling daily tasks for Road Respiratory Therapists and technicians.
- Assisting with billing processes.
- Support various accounting functions.
- Organize and maintain company documents through filing and record-keeping.
- Perform general office tasks, including:
- Managing mail.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
This is a fully on-site position requiring 8 hours per day, with potential for additional hours during peak times of the month.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- At least one year of experience with a multi-line phone system.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in the medical industry.
- Experience with Salesforce.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to work at a computer screen for multiple hours each day.
