We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Salesforce to perform data entry, data analysis, and reconciliation that supports our business objectives. You will also be responsible for running reports and occasionally supporting client-facing meetings by providing insights and assisting with presentations. Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Maintenance
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across EMRs, Salesforce, and other internal databases.
- Conduct routine data quality checks to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Data Analysis & Reconciliation
- Compare and reconcile records between multiple systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to internal teams, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Reporting
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports in Salesforce and other relevant platforms to track metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Summarize key findings in user-friendly reports or dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Client-Facing Support
- Assist in client meetings by providing relevant data insights, preparing data-driven presentations, and addressing client inquiries.
- Collaborate with Client Services and/or Account Management teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and deliverables.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify opportunities to optimize data management workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and other healthcare-specific requirements, where applicable.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with team to support organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey data findings and recommend solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Education: We welcome candidates with a high school diploma, GED (or equivalent), or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years in a data entry, analysis, or reconciliation role (experience with healthcare data or CRM systems is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and EMR systems
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with CRM functionality, reporting, and dashboards.
- Soft Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to identify and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with various departments and work effectively in a team environment.
