We’re a fast-growing, locally rooted HME provider with a focus on high-touch service, respiratory expertise, and streamlined support for patients and providers. We’re looking for a rock-solid Office Manager who knows the ins and outs of HME and is ready to take the lead on everything from billing to inventory to compliance.
What You’ll Do
· • Oversee day-to-day office operations related to billing, inventory management, customer service, and delivery coordination
· • Manage Brightree system workflows, ensuring accurate order intake, documentation, and billing
· • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and accrediting body regulations
· • Serve as the point person for staff, vendors, and patients regarding operational questions and issues
· • Monitor supply levels and coordinate purchasing of equipment and disposables
· • Implement and refine internal systems to improve efficiency and service quality
· • Train and supervise support staff (team size TBD based on growth)
· • Coordinate closely with respiratory therapists and external partners for seamless patient transitions
· • Support audits, surveys, and other compliance-related inspections
What We’re Looking For
· • 5 years of experience in an HME or DME office environment
· • Deep knowledge of Brightree and Microsoft Office Suite
· • Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid billing and regulatory compliance
· • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
· • Experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus
· • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive—you see problems before they happen
