What You’ll Do As A Verizon Account Manager:
- Meet directly with new & existing clients to build strong customer relationships while providing top-notch sales services
- Execute effective sales techniques at an entry-level to maximize revenue & build upon our rapidly growing consumer base
- Manage new and existing accounts to ensure seamless transactions and long-term customer retention
- Work closely with leadership & the entry-level Verizon Account Manager team to develop business sales strategies that drive success
- Participate in team meetings, training, and strategy sessions to sharpen your sales skills
- Utilize negotiation tactics to upsell products and services, always prioritizing customer needs
- Represent the entry-level Verizon Account Manager brand with professionalism and expertise in all sales interactions
- Collaborate with fellow entry-level Verizon Account Managers to stay up-to-date with industry trends & changes in the customer marketplace
What We Look For In A Verizon Account Manager:
- 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or account management is preferred
