We are seeking an energetic, future-focused, and passionate team player to join our in-house Recruiting team here. As a Full-Time Entry-Level Recruiter, you would be trained to be well-equipped with all skills necessary to perform any and all job functions to help grow the business from day one! As a Full-Time Recruiter, you will serve as a key function in our growth moving forward, as you become the initial point of contact and first impression for all applicants for our open position. You also play a significant role in shaping our company culture and finding individuals who embody our core values and customer-focused mission. Finding the right people for the right position is the first step in creating an environment that produces successful people and favorable results for the team!
Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Recruiter role:
- Manage the recruiting process & recruiting funnel at each stage of the interviewing process
- Hone in on building relationships, explaining key job functions and qualifications, and candidate evaluations throughout the hiring process with senior management
- Manage applicant flow and document the applicants appropriately in our company's ATS
- Contact and follow up with candidates in a prompt, timely manner
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Handle multiple tasks at once, developing strong time management abilities
- Develop a strong pipeline of candidates and nurture candidate relationships through effective communications and attraction strategies that will be taught during your initial training here with us
Requirements of the Entry-Level Recruiter:
- Experience as an in-house/Corporate Recruiter is a plus, but not required due to our thorough training provided in-house
- Basic level of knowledge in some recruiting components, including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence, would be an asset to this position

- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to travel to our office location in Fairfield, NJ 07004 daily
