Duties
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each youth.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on topics such as addiction recovery, special education needs, and gender issues.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive network for each youth.
- Engage in community outreach to promote awareness of available resources for youth support.

Requirements
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or similar.
