We are looking for an experienced administrator with exceptional organizational and customer service experience join our growing 9-person team.
The ideal candidate for this position has at least 2 years experience in a professional office OR restaurant/ bakery setting.

Candidate Should Have Extensive Experience:
- Communicating with customers (via e-mail, phone and in-person)
- Managing a high volume email communications
- Intake and organization of data across multiple channels: e-mails, POS, website, phone
- Using Google / Microsoft Suite: Sheets, Word, Powerpoint, Gmail, Google Docs
- Preferred but not required: using Shopify for order management
- Experience coordinating and communicating with high-end consumers
- Familiarity with event planning administrative tasks: budgeting, logistics, organization
A successful candidate will be expected to have exceptional time management, be VERY detail oriented and organized, both physically (bakery & office organization) and digitally (data, emails, event logistics, etc.), and flexible and adaptable to a fast paced work environment.
Chief Tasks will Include:
- Answering new order inquiries
- Organizing incoming order data
- Invoice clients and managing invoicing schedule
- Communicate order and cake design opportunities, draft proposals for clients
- Coordinating bakery pick-up and delivery schedule
- Coordinating event planning logistics
- Inventory related to Packaging supplies, classes and events
- Attends and assists in the coordination of off-site events
Hours & Location:
- Our bakery is located in the Brewerytown neighborhood of Philadelphia
- We are seeking a candidate to work 5-6 days a week, 40 hours
- Hybrid schedule: Monday to Wednesday option for remote work
- This position is expected to work some weekend hours, mostly virtual, keeping up with order inquiries and weekend e-mail volume.
