Nova is hiring a dependable and attentive Pool Attendant to oversee the pool deck and clubroom during weekends and evening hours. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for our residents and guests. You’ll be the go-to person during pool hours, making sure everything runs smoothly and is shut down properly at the end of the day.
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual, especially during evening and weekend shifts
- Comfortable working independently
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or facilities support (not required but a plus)
- CPR or lifeguard certification (not required but a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the pool cover at designated times
- Monitor guests for safety and appropriate behavior
- Maintain a clean and orderly pool deck area
- Refill and refresh guest water stations as needed
- Restock clean towels and remove used towels from the area
- Close and secure the pool deck and clubroom at the end of your shift
- Communicate with property management regarding any issues or incidents
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Shifts may be split)
Salary : $15
