Masonry Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with various construction tasks and a strong understanding of building processes. This role involves working on-site, collaborating with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Assist in the installation of metal stud framing, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with building codes.
• Participate in the restoration of existing structures, including plaster work and caulking.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively to complete various construction tasks.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site activities, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Support construction estimating efforts by providing input on material needs and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laborer or similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with schematics and blueprints is essential for successful project execution.
• Knowledge of metal stud framing techniques and installation practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
