New Leaf Recreation, LLC is an approved provider for the Indiana Medicaid Waiver serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through recreational therapy and behavior management. We are currently searching for an organized and self-driven executive assistant to join our Fort Wayne team full time to assist with various financial duties of the company. The weekly schedule would consist of a hybrid position between home and our local office and consist of 40 hours each week either 8am-4pm or 9-5pm based on preference of the hire.

Job Type: Full-time(Hybrid)
Compensation: $20-30/hr to be discussed based on education and experience.
Setting: Home/Office
Brief Overview of Responsibilities:
-Monthly service billing
-Pay company expenses monthly
-Accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Payroll
-Categorize financial purchases and manages financial records for the company
-Attend admin team meeting and record minutes
Education/Experience:
· High school diploma (Preferred college degree in business/administration/finance)
· Prior administrative experience (Preferably in a healthcare setting)
· Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office
· Familiarity with Apple products (Macbook will be provided)
