What are the responsibilities and job description for the Perdiem Staffing Coordinator position at New Leaf Staffing, Inc.?

Perdiem Staffing Coordinator

Long Beach, CA / Onsite

Schedule : Friday - Tuesday

Hours : 5AM to 2PM or 10AM to 8PM

Training provided for the first 4-6 weeks

M-F 10AM to 6PM, then transferred to your regular schedule once done with training.

Staffing Coordinator :

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), computer savvy.
Training provided

A plus :

At least 2 years experience with Administrative work and Call Center.

Medical Staffing experience a plus. Nurse registry experience highly desirable.

Knowledge of clinical hospital staffing, hospital organization operations and functions.

Experience with computers word processing and database applications.

Excellent communication skills by telephone in person and in writing.

Ability to multitask, maintain records and information.

Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.

Must be flexible in availability and able to work weekends as needed.

Maintain confidential patient information / HIPPA compliance.
