Position : Sous Chef
Location : Los Angeles (Lincoln Heights area near Dodger Stadium)
PT - Wed - Friday - 9 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm (eventually full time M - F)
SUMMARY :
Sous chef needed for take out only restaurant / Kitchen.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Help the kitchen with its preparation work before meal services.
- Assist the executive chef in managing the kitchen staff.
- Follow all food health and safety requirements.
- Assist in the development of kitchen staff by performing periodic performance reviews.
- Preparing Meals for Online delivery orders
