Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Welcome and guide potential patients through the intake process, providing information about our services and offerings related to hormone replacement therapy and weight loss.
- Sales Support: Drive sales by recommending and explaining treatment plans and wellness programs that best meet the needs of our clients.
- Patient Coordination: Schedule consultations, follow-up appointments, and track patient progress. Ensure seamless communication between patients and providers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, answering client questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction with their care experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure patient needs are met and that all treatments are administered properly.
- Administrative Support: Maintain patient records, update schedules, and perform other office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous , customer service, or healthcare setting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with patients
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
