Job Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care across all New Leaf Wellness services.
- Conduct initial and follow-up consultations to help patients achieve symptom resolution.
- Oversee daily medical operations for nursing and medical assistant staff.
- Ensure compliance with corporate quality initiatives and regulatory standards.
- Maintain the highest level of patient care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP).
- Active IA license with the ability to treat male and female patients.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to set priorities and make sound decisions.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Aesthetics experience is a plus!
