Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance operations at New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. This is a leadership role, responsible for the overall upkeep of the facility, ensuring all systems, equipment, and infrastructure are in optimal working condition to support the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead the maintenance team to ensure the facility is well-maintained, safe, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure the safety and comfort of our residents and staff.
