Position: Data Entry Specialist

Compensation: $20.00 - 22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

Location: Remote

As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Using NetSuite and TrueCommerce (EDI), you will manage incoming sales orders, update customers on order statuses, and support the sales team in coordinating shipments.Top of Form

What You’ll Do:

• Process incoming sales orders received via email and EDI portal using NetSuite and TrueCommerce (EDI).
• Verify and confirm order details for accuracy before finalizing entries.
• Update customers on order statuses, including confirmations and changes.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and coordinating sample shipments for customers and trade shows.
• Work closely with the shipping department, ensuring all order information is correctly relayed for fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or missing information by collaborating with internal teams.
• Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and correspondence.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to order processing and data management.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No job experience needed as trainings will be provided to ensure your efficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and EDI platforms (e.g., TrueCommerce) in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to double-check work for errors before processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
