Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Ability to provide clinical support to CNAs and CMTs in delivering tasks within the state regulatory status.
- Are you continuously improving yourself with new technologies within the health care environment?
- Currently licensed DRN in state of employment
- Previous experience of minimum 8 years of DRN is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
